Welcome to our home page!
The Knights of Columbus is a Fraternal Order of Roman Catholic men founded in 1882 by The Servant of God, Father Michael J. McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut. We now have over 1.5 million members worldwide. All Catholic men age 18 and up are eligible, and welcome, to join. Lafayette Council 514 was chartered in 1901 at the old St. Mary's Church in Wharton, NJ. We are dedicated to our principles of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity. We support our parishes, schools, priests, religious, and various charitable and worthy organizations and groups throughout our communities. We also support national and worldwide relief efforts when critical needs arise.
